Our main goal is to provide you with the best experience Barre/Yoga have to offer. That is why we are working to make sure you get your Barre in, BUT you don't skip out on your YOGA! Because of the overwhelming response to our Barre classes please make sure you pre-register prior to coming to class. We have limited space for our Barre and classes do fill up so please remember our Barre is -Pre-Registration. Class will not be held if we do not have students registered for class within two hours prior to class start time. If after you register and you do not cancel within one-day of class we cannot honor a refund or another class.

SB Barre is a one hour, mindfully intense class with a seamless flow that incorporates both dynamic and isometric movements that work deep into the muscles. Pulling from the principals of Pilates, the wisdom of yoga, intense power of dance and the body sculpting benefits of traditional interval strength training, we strive to have every person who walks through our studio door feel inspired and empowered to transform their body to its fullest potential.
Barre Body 60
Barre 60 is a highly effective full body workout set to motivating music that will burn fat, sculpt muscles, and lift your rear… all while having fun! A unique blend of elements from ballet, Pilates, and free weights, Studio Barre incorporates isometric movements, interval training, and stretching to chisel the waistline while producing the famous long lean muscles of a dancer. Using a combination of light weights, exercise tubing, and your own body weight for resistance, Studio Barre systemically works your whole body to tone arms, flatten abs, thin thighs, sculpt calves, and lift the seat. With stretching immediately following each exercise, you'll shape your muscles while improving posture and balance.
