At Serenity Yoga Studio, we provide a welcoming and accepting space for all our students. Our friendly instructors guide you through classes offering variations and encouragement to strengthen your mind body connection. We strive to improve and build your self-esteem, while encouraging body positivity, Our yoga and movement classes offer something for everyone, no matter your skill level. HOT YOGA CLASSES

HOT VINYASA FLOW

Hot Vinyasa Flow is an invigorating and dynamic practice that links breath with movement. This powerful practice builds heat and strength while encouraging the student to stay present and mindful. The class is held in a heated room to help you move deeper into each pose and increase flexibility. Make sure to bring a bottle of water and a towel to keep from getting dehydrated. Get ready to sweat and have fun!

SUNRISE 45 HOT FLOW

Start your day energized and inspired with Sunrise 45 Hot Flow. This 45 minute express hot yoga flow class is designed to wake up your body and settle your mind. With alignment-based practice and mindful breathing, you will be encouraged to practice in a way that serves you. By the end of the class you will leave feeling energized and inspired for the beautiful day ahead.

RISE & RADIATE SUNDAY HOT FLOW

Embark on a revitalizing journey for mind and body with our 'Rise & Radiate Sunday Hot Flow' Vinyasa yoga class. Immerse yourself in invigorating heat as you flow through dynamic sequences designed to awaken your energy and elevate your spirit. This dynamic and empowering class blends breath with movement, fostering strength, flexibility, and inner radiance. Join us for a transformative experience that sets the tone for a radiant week ahead. CLASS IS HOT. Bring water & small towel.

MINDFUL MONDAY HOT FLOW

Begin your week with intention and focus in our 'Mindful Monday Hot Flow' Vinyasa yoga class. Immerse yourself in the warmth of our studio as you embark on a journey of mindfulness and movement. This class is crafted to harmonize breath with dynamic sequences, fostering a heightened awareness of the present moment. Cultivate strength, flexibility, and mental clarity while setting a positive tone for your week ahead. Join us every Monday for a transformative experience that nurtures both body and mind, creating a mindful start to your week.

FEELIN' THE FLOW FRIDAY (HOT)

Get ready to ignite your Friday with our 'Feelin' the Flow Friday (HOT)' Vinyasa yoga class. Dive into a dynamic and heat-infused practice that will leave you feeling energized, focused, and ready to conquer the weekend. This class combines the power of breath with the intensity of hot Vinyasa sequences, creating a transformative experience that enhances strength, flexibility, and mental clarity. Join us for a fiery flow that not only invigorates your body but also sets the perfect tone for a vibrant and fulfilling Friday.

HOT Classes -The studio will  heat up to about 95 Degrees. The heat will ensure your muscles are warmed up and ready to stretch.  Hot studio temperatures can vary based on time of year, amount of people in the room, etc.

GET UP & GLOW HOT FLOW (SATURDAY)

Elevate your weekend with our 'Get Up & Glow Hot Flow (Saturday)' Vinyasa yoga class. Start your Saturday with a burst of energy as you flow through invigorating sequences in the radiant warmth of our studio. This dynamic and empowering class is designed to awaken your body, stimulate your senses, and leave you glowing from the inside out. Join us for a transformative experience that sets a positive tone for the rest of your weekend, infusing it with vitality and radiance. Let the weekend begin with a powerful and uplifting yoga practice.

HOT SEQUENCE

Do you know how Triangle Pose or Warrior II should feel in your body? Have you ever wanted to hold a pose just a little longer or go deeper? If you have answered YES to any of these questions – join us for the HOT Sequence class.
The sequence is the same every class and incorporates slow, mindful transitions in and out of the postures. The principles taught in the HOT Sequence have a direct lead into the dynamic flow of Vinyasa which links your breath to the postures. Please bring a towel and water.

WARM YOGA CLASSES

WARM VINYASA FLOW

Warm Vinyasa Flow is a style of Vinyasa Flow that is a slower paced and slightly cooler class than Hot Vinyasa Flow. The room is heated to approximately 85°F and the class sequence is designed to link breath with movement. Poses are held for a longer duration, up to 5 breaths, allowing students to explore their body and deepen their practice. Remember to bring a water bottle and a towel for this class.

RISE & SHINE WARM FLOW

Rise & Shine with this *WARM* Vinyasa based class. Start your Friday with a little zen and wake up your mind and body. Move with intention and listen to your body as you flow through this energetic early morning class. Feel energized and invigorated for the rest of the day. Get ready to Rise & Shine!

WARM EVERYBODY SEQUENCE

The EveryBODY Sequence was created as an accessible set sequence class that works for beginners as well as seasoned practitioners. In this class we move mindfully, often taking 3-5 breaths in each pose. The sequence is comprised of poses that are accessible, yet challenging. We limit the amount of times we get up and down to the floor to 2 downs and 2 ups. Those with wrist and knee issues need not fear, this sequence is knee and wrist friendly! We cue poses using blocks when appropriate. And most importantly we remind you that YOU are the boss of your own body - if it doesn't feel right, do something that does! Join us for a class full of community, support and self-love. Together we practice as friends and come to realize our own self-worth!​

ROOM TEMP/COOL YOGA CLASSES

HATHA - SIVANANDA SEQUENCE

Sivananda Hatha yoga is a disciplined style of yoga with a set sequence. The sequence is structured with poses corresponding to each chakra, or major energy center in our body. The goal of a Sivananda yoga practice is to align the energy channels (nadis) in our body through the medicine offered by specific poses, meditation, and breath work. We begin every class with breath work and then transition into sun salutations, followed by the 12-pose sequence. We end with a meditation in savasana.​ Each pose offers varying levels making the practice available and challenging to every yoga practitioner.​ If you thrive off of consistency, want a place to continually practice your crow, bridge, plow, or enjoy a spiritual yoga experience, this is the class for you! Class is room temperature.

YIN YOGA

Yin Yoga is a meditative practice focused on cultivating inner awareness and surrender. Through holding postures for 3-5 minutes at a time, Yin Yoga helps to lengthen the connective tissue and increase elasticity which can otherwise diminish with physical activity and aging. This practice can also help to calm the nervous system and bring us into a heightened state of awareness in the present moment, allowing us to explore our thoughts, feelings and body sensations.

UNWIND WITHYIN

Stressed AF? Unwind with Yin Yoga followed by Yoga Nidra to help you destress. Yoga Nidra is a form of guided meditation also known as “yogic sleep” or “effortless relaxation”. It’s usually practiced lying down with a teacher guiding the session. The practice draws our attention inward and allows you to surf between the states of wakefulness and sleep, where the body finds its natural state of equilibrium. During Yoga Nidra the breath balances and becomes quiet, unconscious and conscious aspects of the mind reveal themselves, and you fall into a deep, blissful stress-free awareness.

GENTLE YOGA

Our Cool Gentle Yoga is a class that will focus on Yin, Hatha or Restorative yoga, suitable for any age any level. The cool means that we do not add any heat. This class is a wonderful way to connect to the breath while moving. Students must be able to get down onto the floor as this involves seated, lying and standing postures. Experience a laid back class that's emphasis is on community.

GENTLE RESTORATIVE YOGA

This class combines the best of both worlds: gentle & restorative yoga, offering a balance of movement and relaxation. Perfect for both beginners and experienced practitioners, this class is ideal for those looking to slow down, breathe deeply, and embrace stillness.

RESTORATIVE YOGA

In our Restorative Yoga class we slow down and open our body through passive stretching. This mindful pratice uses lots of props to allow for deep relaxation and rejuvenation of the mind, body and spirit. The postures are held for long periods of time to allow you to sink deeply into the pose and find comfort and support in the bolsters, blankets and blocks holding you in place. This zen-like practice leaves you ready to take on the rest of your day with grace.

ROOM TEMP MOVEMENT CLASSES

BARRE

Barre is a rigorous workout that combines pieces of different exercise styles including Ballet, Pilates, and Yoga. The class will incorporate various equipment such as a yoga mat, free weights and exercise bands. The combined styles of exercise will work a lot of different muscle groups like arms, legs, core and glutes for example. Set at a slow pace, the movements aim to build strength and flexibility and avoids high impact movements.

STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

A 45 minute pilates-based class that focuses on full body conditioning, to not only enhance your yoga practice, but also to maximize your everyday range of motion and body capabilities. You’ll leave class feeling powerful, grounded, and in-tune with your body from the top of your head to the tips of your toes.
